As an award-winning start-up (yes, we’ve already won two international design awards! 🏆🏆), we’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Manager to help establish Pino in premium stores and boutiques across Belgium and beyond.

Your Role – What’s in Your Bowl?

As our Sales Account Manager for the Belgian market, you’ll be at the heart of our growth. Your mission? Make Pino the go-to brand for premium pet bowls by building strong relationships and getting our products in the right places.

🐾 Grow the Pino Family: You’ll be on the lookout for boutiques, pet stores and concept shops that align with our mission. You know that moment when you walk into a store and just feel that Pino belongs there? That’s what we’re after.

🐾 Hit the Road & Tell Our Story: Visit potential and existing customers, sharing the passion behind our products. You’ll build real relationships, ensuring our partners become enthusiastic advocates for our brand. You’ll get to show, tell, and inspire.

🐾 Be the Star at Events: From international pet fairs to local events, you’ll be out there representing Pino, networking, and making sure everyone knows why our bowls are the best treat for their pet.

🐾 Think Outside the Bowl: We’re a start-up, which means your ideas matter. Work hand-in-hand with our team to create innovative sales and marketing strategies. Have an ear to the ground, picking up on trends, customer feedback, and market shifts. Your insights will help shape the future of Pino.

🐾 Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll manage orders, track your progress, and stay on top of everything using our CRM & Shopify system—but don’t worry, we keep things simple and efficient.


Who We’re Looking For

 ✔️ You love pets (obviously!). 🐶🐱
 ✔️ You have 3+ years of sales experience in the pet industry (or premium retail).
 ✔️ You’re a networking pro – confident, proactive, and results-driven.
 ✔️ You thrive in a fast-moving start-up – flexible, independent, and ready for new challenges.
 ✔️ You’re fluent in Dutch & English (French is a big plus!).
 ✔️ You have a driver’s license (B) and love being on the road.
